Damn girl you are an awesome writer! Just finished Girls of Paper and Fire and I really loved it. You really have an amazing talent for capturing the feelings of your characters that I as an avid reader rarely come across. I cannot wait to keep reading the story of Lei. When do you plan on releasing the next story? I will be the first in line to buy it!
Hello! I just finished reading your book, “Girls of Paper and Fire” and I have to say that I love it. I could hardly put it down and now I’m dying to read the next book! I know you’re surely busy but I just wanted to express how much I loved the book and the reprentation in it. I could see so much of my girlfriend in Lei and it really meant a lot to me. The relationship you’ve built is so strong and touching. Is there anyone in particular that you based these characters off of? Again, the book was amazing and I can’t wait for the next one!! Thank you for taking the time to read this!
Hello Ms. Ngan,
My name is Haley Lynn Thomas. I recently read your book Girls of Paper and Fire and fell in love with the world and the characters! It has been one of my favorite books I’ve read this year. I run a very small and humble blog, Haley’s Book Haven. This week I reviewed Girls of Paper and Fire and wanted to share the review with you. I’m sure you’re probably very busy, so I understand completely if you don’t have time to read it. I just wanted you to know I think you’re a very talented writer and I can’t wait for the next book to come out!

Hello Ms Ngan
First off I loved Girls of Paper and Fire. I particularly like that you added a trigger warning, thank you for that. I have not loved a book like this in quite some time. I hope you don’t mind if I ask your opinion on something. I am hoping to attend a local con based on rebels. As well as my usual cosplay ideas I would now, having read the book, like to consider going as Lei. The only problem is that I consider myself very PC and as I do not have any Asian heritage I feel it might upset others to wear their cultural robes in cosplay, I do not plan to change my physical appearance. Do you have any advice? (I hope you are not offended that I am asking)

I just read your book- girls of paper and fire. Very well written in a fantasy world. The story plotline came across quite strong. Many of these things has happen through my life. Old pain came forth. But all those things had happen made me strong cuz I never gave up hope. And my daughter, too. Her boyfriend tried to kill her. He stabbed her 22 times. I drilled into her head from born to now never you give up, fight back till your last breath even then dont give in. I never thought in million years she would have to use the strength. And she don’t feel like a victim. She is a survivor. If you feel like a victim you wither and die
Hi! I have to say I absolutely loved your book Girls of Paper and Fire. I literally JUST finished it and knew I had to contact you and tell you how amazing it was!
I was also wondering if I could join your ARC team if you have one.
Thank you so much for gracing us with such an amazing book!! I honestly can not wait for the second !!
Just a fan! I just finished girls of paper and fire and it is the best book I’ve read this year, In fact I think it is one of my favorite books of all time. I loved the strong female characters, the story, the world. EVERYTHING! I had checked it out from the library and instantly had to purchase my own copy as soon as I finished it. I can’t wait to pre-order the new book when it comes out. I don’t normally reach out to authors but I really truly loved this book and I wanted you to know I appreciate all your hard work!
